2018 Highlights:
• Spent his first non-affiliated season with Southern Maryland
• Allowed just one earned run in his final three starts before being picked up by the Toronto Blue Jays
• Pitched in six games for the AAA affiliate Buffalo Bisons before being called up to the MLB, where he would pitch in one game
Previous Career:
• Drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 9th round of the 2010 MLB June Amateur Draft from Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, GA)
• Swiftly worked his way up the ranks, pitched in the MLB for the Pirates in 2013 and 2014 and posted a combined 4.02 ERA in 100 2/3 innings of work
• Struck out the side (Skip Schumaker, Yasiel Puig, and Adrián González) and five of the first six in his MLB debut
