Regency Furniture Stadium Policies & Information

TICKET OFFICE
The stadium ticket office is located on the left side of the main entrance of Regency Furniture Stadium. Hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. On game days, the ticket office is open from 10 a.m. until the end of the fifth inning.

AUTOGRAPHS AND PICTURES
Fans are encouraged to ask players and coaches for autographs and pictures. However, once the umpires take the field, players and coaches may not sign autographs or take pictures until the game is complete. We ask all fans for their cooperation in this matter.

** FAN SERVICES CENTER**
The Fan Services Center is located off the concourse (behind home plate). Stop by the Fan Services Center should you have questions, lost and found, or missing persons while you are at the ballpark. Don't forget, the Fan Services Center is where you can sign up for all Blue Crabs drawings, contests and stadium announcements.

CHILD'S TICKET POLICY
Children under the age of 5 are not required to purchase a ticket for the seating bowl if they plan on sitting on an adult's lap.

CONCESSIONS
Regency Furniture Stadium features many local and ballpark favorites that will make your mouth water from the second you step through the gate! League rules prohibit outside food or beverages in Regency Furniture Stadium.

CAMERAS
Cameras and video recorders are permitted inside Regency Furniture Stadium.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Plan holders may exchange expired tickets for any 2013 regular season home game in the field level seating area. All other exchanges must be done one day prior to the original game date in person at the stadium ticket office for any regular season game for field box seating. All exchanges are based on availability.

PLAYOFF REFUNDS
In the event that the Blue Crabs do not host five games during the 2013 playoffs, the balance from any leftover games will be applied to the customer's 2013 season ticket plan for plan holders. If the customer is not a plan holder, they will receive a refund of the remaining balance.

FIRST AID
The Civista first aid station is located on the concourse behind section twelve on the first base side. Please report all injuries, accidents, or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location. DO NOT leave the stadium without reporting injuries.

FOUL BALLS
Fans are reminded to stay alert at all times, as bats and balls may enter the stands. You are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park.

GATES
Regency Furniture Stadium will open gates one (1) hour before the scheduled game time Sunday through Saturday unless otherwise noted.

HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY
Regency Furniture Stadium is completely handicapped accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements.

LAWN SEATING
Fans may bring lawn chairs and blankets into the ballpark to enjoy the game from our lawn section, located beyond the outfield.

RAIN OUT
In the event of rain, a game is considered rained out if five (4 ½ if the Blue Crabs have the lead) innings are not played. If this should occur, a ticket may be exchanged at the Ticket Office for any remaining regular season home game, upon availability, for tickets of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be allowed. Umbrellas are NOT permitted in Regency Furniture Stadium. Umbrellas are NOT permitted in Regency Furniture Stadium.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the first and third base sides of the concourse, which are equipped with baby-changing stations and secure doors.

SMOKING
In consideration of the health and comfort of others, smoking is not permitted inside Regency Furniture Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located outside 1st base exit gate on the first base side, and outside the Conference Center gate on the third base side.

RE-ENTRY into the STADIUM
Fans that exit the stadium are permitted to re-enter if their hand is stamped by an usher at the gate. This includes fans who exit gates to the designated smoking areas.
