Esteban Encina
Operations Intern
Esteban joins the Blue Crabs as our stadium operations intern for the 2024 season. He joins us after having previously worked game-days with the XFL D.C. Defenders. Esteban has a long history of working in sports that includes working with Crystal Palace Baltimore Soccer, The Baltimore Blast Indoor Soccer Team, The Baltimore Kings Semi-Pro Soccer Team, where he was a game day announcer and DJ, the Baltimore Orioles, SAFE Management, as well as, currently working part-time at CFG Bank Arena in their box-office. In 2016, he graduated from Towson University with a B.A. in EMF-Radio Production. While at Towson, Esteban hosted a music radio show on the college's online radio station. In his free time, Esteban loves watching sports, especially his top favorites soccer, hockey, baseball, UFL football, and lacrosse. Esteban lives in Essex, MD with an endless collection of over 1,000 baseball hats and hockey pucks.
