Bio
Todd retired from working for the State of Maryland in 2018 after 25 years of service. He also has over 35 years officiating high school, youth, college sports (baseball, basketball, soccer, softball). Todd’s hobbies include boating, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. Todd is looking forward to working closely with the motivated front office staff here at the Blue Crabs, and helping the fans enjoy every moment.
