Welcome to our Next Wave Internship Program! We are currently looking for our 2025 Next Wave Program members! The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs are searching for hardworking, friendly and creative individuals looking for an opportunity to get involved in the sports industry. Our interns will learn all aspects of running a professional franchise, such as sales, marketing, operations, ticketing, customer service and more! 

Our paid interns are full-time post-grad starting on February 1st and ending September 30th. 

Our unpaid interns can complete the internship for college credit. Start and end dates vary based on school schedule.
