Brett is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and has spent his career managing a broad spectrum of food and beverage operations including restaurants, hotels, health care, water parks, full-service dine in movie theaters, sports and entertainment venues, and concert venues including the past 10+ years in stadium & arena food service.
Brett has additionally worked in the retail sector in sports including creating and managing the Baltimore Orioles game used authentics program and high-end sports art from its inception in 2012 – 2014.
